Yanna Ollila, LCSW
Yanna earned her Master’s in Social Work from Northern Arizona University and works with teens, young adults, and adults. She believes therapy should be a personalized experience rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, allowing her to tailor her methods to each client’s specific needs. By integrating tools like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and art therapy, she ensures the support fits the individual. Her philosophy is centered on walking beside her clients through their journey, providing a collaborative and grounded space for growth and self-discovery.

I provide a supportive and safe space where children (8 and up), teens, and individuals feel comfortable sharing, processing and healing. My collaborative, direct, and client-centered approach fosters a neutral space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and take part in their healing journey. Drawing from Narrative Therapy, DBT, IFS, and play therapy, I tailor my work to meet each client’s unique needs, supporting them in building insight, resilience, and connection. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work from a systemic lens, understanding that a person is shaped by their familial, cultural and spiritual circles.

Kamryn Oakenshield
LMFT, Clinical Supervisor
Kamryn Oakenshield, LMFT
Kamryn Oakenshield (she/they) is an Arizona Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Supervisor, and Ph.D. student in Critical Human Sexualities. Their work is queer-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, sex-positive, kink-aware, and polyamory/non-monogamy affirming. Kamryn works especially well with queer, trans, neurodivergent, kinky, non-monogamous, witchy, geeky, creative, and otherwise script-resistant humans who are exploring identity, desire, relationships, boundaries, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, shame, and inherited “shoulds.”
Kamryn’s approach is warm, collaborative, curious, and grounded in systems theory, narrative therapy, attachment, parts work, somatic awareness, feminist/queer theory, and geek therapy. Rather than focusing on “fixing” people into normalcy, Kamryn helps clients understand the patterns, roles, survival strategies, and cultural scripts shaping their lives so they can build something more honest, embodied, relationally ethical, and alive. Therapy with Kamryn can be grounding and practical: a place for tears, humor, nervous system repair, accountability, and asking what life might feel like if it were organized around consent instead of compliance.
